NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming)

What is NLP?

Neuro Linguistic Programming or NLP focuses on how we use the language of the mind to affect our behaviour, in order to consistently achieve the results and outcomes we desire.  NLP also aims to determine how subjective experience affects behaviour either positively or negatively.

NLP involves three main areas of focus:

1) Neuro - the nervous system and how we process our experience through our senses (Neuro)

2) Linguistic – language, both verbal and non-verbal and how language is used to give meaning to our experience

3) Programming - discovering and utilising the programs we run to achieve our outcomes.

NLP helps you to gain awareness of the interrelationship between the mind, emotion, language and behaviour, so that you can take greater responsibility to create the change you want and the outcomes you desire.
